I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but the ingredients just didn’t feel that impressive to me. They seemed kind of average, maybe even a little cheap for what it costs. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but I thought it would be better

I tried livejova.com recently, it was a decent experience. The site was simple enough to figure out, and most things worked the way I expected. There was a small delay at one point, which might annoy some customers, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me. Support wasn’t amazing, but they did get back to me, and I think most people would appreciate at least getting a response. Overall, I’d probably use it again if I needed to.

I’ve ordered from Livejova twice now, and both times the deliveries showed up when they said they would, which I really appreciate. That said, one of the tracking updates was slow, so I was a little unsure what was going on for a bit. The package still arrived fine in the end, so overall I’m happy, just wish the tracking was a bit more reliable. I’d give it 4 stars.

I gave LiveJova a try for a little while and ended up deciding it just wasn’t my thing. The service itself was fine enough, nothing amazing, nothing terrible, just sort of there.

What annoyed me was trying to cancel. I had to dig around to find where to do it, then wait on replies, and the whole little cancellation circus felt way more complicated than it needed to be.

I did eventually get it sorted, but it left a bad taste. I probably wouldn’t use LiveJova again unless they make cancelling a lot clearer and less of a chore.

I really wanted to like LiveJova, but the science side just did not feel strong enough for me. Some of the health claims seemed a little light, and I could not find much solid research or clear sources to back them up. It might work for some people, but I am not fully sold on it yet
